My wife's AOS is approved, and we still haven't recieved the Green Card yet, and she got the stamp on her passport. We got our AOS Approved in November, and still have not recieved the card yet, but we call and did everything to change our address for 3 times in the row to the same address. We are planning to travel in next two weeks. Will she be able to go please let me know.

As long as you have the I-551 stamp in your passport, you are free to travel outside the U.S. and re-enter with no problems. The I-551 stamp must not have expired at the time of re-entry into the U.S. though.
