Hi guys,

I am just filling out the form for the social security number. I am here with a k1 and already married. should i cross at question 3 legal alien allowed to work (since I am allowed to work with INS approval), leagal allien not allowed to work or other?

Yup, Legal Alien Allowed To Work; although you will need an EAD or Greencard to actually work, the SS card isn't enough.

Unless EAD stamp received upon entry... then valid for first 90 days....
