I am new to the site and well, we need all the help we can get!!! I just got back from Pakistan and need to start filling out our forms. We have our G-325's they are filled out, and we have our I-130, but it is not completely done. What needs to be sent in with them and I have the fee as $$ 190 bucks. Is this correct? I have copies of our marriage certificate from Karachi, my birth certificate and so is there anything else that I need to do before, I send it in next week? I just want to make sure we have all our ducks in a row, so that we don't have to back trAck or have the file sent back to me for something that I may have left out. All advice and help will be greatly aprreciated!!!!
thanks

1. $190 is the Filing fee for I-130
2. If you were born in US then your birth certificate should be fine or else please attach photocopy of you natulization certificate
3. Since you are applying for your spouse follow:
(1.) A copy of your marriage certificate.
(2 )If either you or your spouse were previouslymarried, submit copies of documents showing thatall prior marriages were legally terminated.
(3)A passport-style color photo of yourself and a passport-style color photo of your husband or wife, taken within30 days of the date of this petition. The photos musthave a white background and be glossy, unretouchedand not mounted. The dimensions of the full frontalfacial image should be about 1 inch from the chin to topof the hair. Using pencil or felt pen, lightly print thename (and Alien Registration Number, if known) onthe back of each photograph.
(4)A completed and signed Form G-325A, BiographicInformation, for you and a Form G-325A for yourhusband or wife. Except for your name and signatureyou do not have to repeat on the Form G-325A theinformation given on your Form I-130 petition
Hope this helps
