Went to the U.S. Embassy (outreach) in Baguio today and talked to the IV Section. I-130 was submitted in late October '06 and I just got an e-mail that NVC will be finished with the process in two weeks. I asked the Embassy official how long before the interview and she said probably June. That means 8 month from USCIS I-130 to the Embassy interview. good.gif

Thank you James' for your shortcuts. good.gif

Hey that's great, congratulations. It looks like the shortcuts saved you about a month. In my case we lost a month while I waited for the bio papers from my wife, so that I could send them on to the NVC. I'm expecting an August interview, but we'll see. Congrats again. Gary
