Our NOA2 only showed up on Monday morning, dated 19 April, and Packet 3 was dated 20 April...1 day lag?? Un-frickin-believable! We'll be posting it tomorrow morning, and can only wonder how quickly Pacet 4 will arrive...

Man - I hope they keep up with this speediness! Maybe they hired some more people there or something - who knows.

I dunno if that's a record, but our packet 4 turnaround has to be.

Posted packet 3 Monday 4/16 - had packet 4 in the mail on Saturday 4/21.

Wow! I posted mine yesterday (26/4), so if they keep your kind of turnaround up we could be looking at the 3rd or 4th for ours. Everything is coming thick and fast for us London folk at the moment, and it's great to see all this happy news every day!

Bruce got his MMR and DTP done today at the GP -- the nurse gave him the jab with the polio vaccine as he had no vaccination record at all. Zilch. I'm assuming he's now sorted for his medical in 2 weeks, but I know Knightsbridge will be only too happy to collect even more money from us for a few extra holes in the arm...(ruffle scruffle) I totted up all the money we have and will shell out purely on the visa process (not counting the shipping of our belongings, a hotel to stay in after we move out of our flat and the airfare to JFK) and we will easily top $1,100 for a CR-1. Congrats on the speedy packet--more form filing now!
