What kind of diet you on, Chad?
I was weighing over 250 about two years ago. I'm down to 200 and trying to get down to 175, the weight i was when I got out of the military. I went from an active duty marine to driving a police car all day. The weight just kept on coming.
I'm on a basic diet, low-fat, low-cards, high protein, lifting and cardio.
