Not really Chad as I came in on a different visa. But they did hassle me over my son as they were looking for a parent's authorization. I wasn't aware of this (duh) but luckily I had a copy of his birth certificate in our luggage so I showed them that there wasn't a father on it and we didn't need one.

AHHHHH! If i hear one more mention of crawfish I'll scream!!

Hubby talks about them ALL the time!! What gives? are they that much better than lobster? or is it just the hammering the little guys open that everyone loves so much?

Oohh...hubby loves crawdaddies! He actually spent a few years of his young life in Denham Springs, LA and that's where he learned to appreciate food in that area. When we went to visit his aunt last "labor day: weekend guess what we brought back .... boxes of Beignei (spelling?) mix!!! We cooked them at one of our church functions and everyone loved it!

Sorry I can't say E. I'm allergic to crustaceans cray5ol.gif So I just watch enviously as hubby and our sons devour them.

Crawfish are alot better than lobster, IMO, keep in mind I'm cajun. E X, Denham springs is right around the corner from where i live one parish (county) over. I bet your hubby has heard of gonzales, thats where i grew up.

Cool Chad!

I found it interesting that a county over there is called a parish!! Reminds me of the Philippines as we have parishes. But our parishes are not really political districts, just something to denote a religious area of responsibility.

I read over that thread too today before I left for work. My sentiments exactly! If you pay for the site and volunteer your time, than it is your site to do as wish. Whoever owns the VJ has whatever say or actions they wish to do as they please. It's not a damn democracy whatsoever where you get to place your vote/voice on how it's ran. biggrin.gif
