Hi
My wife and I are trying to get a police certificate from Urkraine for her k-3 visa application. She is a Chinese, but she stayed in Kiev, Urkraine for about 7 moths. My wife applied for a police certificate at Urkrainian embassy in Beijing, China in 12-2006, we have not heard anything since. I am just wondering if there is another way to get it in Urkraine. We are very axious right now. This is the last piece of doucument we need to get the visa.
Your quick response is greatly appreaciated.
Many thanks

It seems to me that contacting the Chinese embassy in Kiev would probably be the best and quickest way to get an answer.

I doubt it would work but it is worth a try I suppose... I think you can get it by proxy, does she have any friends in Ukraine who she can provide a power of attorney too?
