It's good to see these approvals... But the AP times.. ?

Yeah I know.... and Egypt is one of the slowest to complete. But better to know that going in.... that way you're braced for it. I always hate to have to break it to people AFTER the interview, when they're all happy and thinking they'll have the visa right away. And who knows -- you may get lucky ! Insha'allah you will.

Thanks to all for the nice words I think this format will work a lot better, because it's easier to scroll down and find people processing through the same consulate. No two cases are alike, of course, but it gives you some idea of what you might expect.

I don't think I saw my name on this list either, however, I am on cloud 9! Tawfiq's visa was delivered today by Aramex - just 3 business days after his interview. Things are moving so quickly and I pray that others scheduled for interviews will have just as much success as we did.
