OK, I've searched everywhere with no luck. My packet 4 consisted of nothing but the letter informing me of the interview time and date.

Does anyone have a form IV18 that they can post so I can see one?

I'm not sure either. I think the link that Khurram supplied is close. I just need to see the London K1 version of it.

Thanks, but no. I've seen these already in my avid searching. The first link is just an online version of the checklist in IV15.
The second link is just general info about K1 visas.

What I need is the information about the interview procedure and requirements, which is form IV18, which seems to not exist.

I've never heard of this either - we sure didn't see it.

Chas - Wes received several pages of information along with his appointment letter. They did look a lot like what Khurram provided.

Basically though - the information contained nothing we didn't already know. Bring this; bring that; make no travel plans; blah blah blah. The most it did for was serve as a sort of 'checklist' so we didn't forget anything.

I'm curious as what this IV form is you are looking for. Whatever it is, I doubt its gonna tell you anything you haven't already heard about.
