Hey guys, New arround here and this is my first post, wondered if you can help me. I have the forms from the London Embassy. They ask that send them the form DS-156 IN DUPLICATE, however when you down load the form from the Embassy's web page the DS-156 is a form that you fil in and file electronicaly so how do you file it in duplicate?

Anyone any clue?

When you've filled it in, you have to click 'ok' (or something like that) which will generate a filled-in PDF file (should open in Adobe Acrobat) complete with the barcode on the last page.... you just print two copies of that - easy!

also save a copy to disc and take it with you as the barcode doesn't always scan I was at the embassy last week and whilst i was there 5 people got sent to the local internet cafe to re-print there form also send it in an email to yourself so you don't have to fill out the form again if this happens. good luck

Once you complete the form and click ok you'll have the bar code.
At the interview the CO asked that we submit another copy (which was just photocopied). No problem.
