why you guys say vsc fater than csc and they post at the same time , and they are all on same date march 15

VSC routinely processes I-129F petitions in under 30 days. CSC routinely takes at least 90 days. Apparently VSC is run by a smarter director and they have better staff. Perhaps they handle fewer petitions.

The date posted on the USCIS site for processing times shows the OLDEST petition in their possesion that has not yet been approved. That date is to cover their azz because technically a petitioner cannot request that USCIS check into their cases until they are past the "currently processing date" and 6 months from filing date. In reality, those dates mean nothing.

CSC currently processes the I-129Fs and I-130s from 3 service centers: CSC, TSC, and NSC.
VSC currently processes the I-129Fs and I-130s from 1 service center: VSC

The processing times for CSC are roughly 3 times as long as for VSC.

See a possible reason above? lol

No, it's not. If the posted processing dates were accurate it would be the most recent petition that they have begun processing.

I know it really annoyes me that Vermont is faster,even in the days where Nebraska and Texas did the packs Vermont was still faster.
Now that Nebraska and Texas does not work on the I129F packs anymore the entire situation has got much worse.

I seriously think that California is understaffed...Vermont must have some very smart guy working there that is able to deal with the hassle of the Petitions they get daily.

California should look up to Vermont as their god and take an example from them!!!!!!!!!! It should be made fair for all of us!!!

No, see, the problem is that CSC is in California and so they have really nice weather whereas VSC is in Vermont, right close to the Canadian border. They have really BAD weather. So, they get a lot of snow and have to stay at work because they can't get home...nothing else to do besides, you guessed it: go through petitions!

i think VSC is so slow... never had any touches...
