My wife & I were married here in the U.S. after she & her daughter came over on a K1-K2 visa. We were
married 2 weeks after they arrived. They both now have their green cards & are conditional permanent
residents.

My wife's sister would like to visit the U.S. for a few weeks in order to see our daughter. She has visited
the United Kingdom twice before. What Visa would I need to pursue for her visit to the U.S.?

Did your wife come to visit you before you were married?

If she did, then her sister would probably need the same type of visa.

At a guess, I would say that she will need a B-2 visa.

Take a look on the Kiev Embassy Web site. You'll probably find what you need there. Look in the "Visa Services" section.

Best of luck,

There are no special visas given to siblings of LPRs. Unfortunately, your sister in-law will have to petition a tourist visa in order to come to the US.
