I am filling out the form DS-230 for my wife and ran across a question that got me Curios, Duestion number 20 asks her the last addresses since the age of 16 and she has ofcourse been in her house since childhood but then she has moved to mine after the wedding, now the Question asks just city,Province and Country and she has been in the same city but different address. What should I put down? should I put down the two addresses or should I only put in one entry with the city name and write"from XXDOBXX to Present"
If anyone who has filed for K3 and has been approved already can also chime in that would be great.

They are not asking for street address, just City, Province, Country, so just put that on 1 line, she has not changed city, province, or country since age 16.
