Your husband must be yuor sponsor, and he must fill out an I-864 affidavit of support form, and provide appropriate supporting documentation, even though he does not qualify financially to sponsor you.

Alternatively she can be a Household Member, in which case she and you husband jointly fill out an I-864A form.
