Hi guys,
Quick question...
Can you mail the N-400 using something that requires a signature like certified or FedEx?
Just wondering since the service center addresses are PO Boxes, I wasn't sure if there is someone around to actually sign for it. The last thing I would want is to pay extra for this special handling and then only to have it returned to me because no one was able to sign for it.
Please let me know. Thanks!

My sister sent her N-400 as certified/return receipt and had no problems. It's better because she knew when it was received and has proof that they signed for it. The cost was only $6.08 and it took 2 days to get there.

You have good point! P.O. Box, who is going to sign for it? I don't know, I have just sent in this afternoon with cerfified mail. Well, just peace in mind I guess, at least I know it will get there. Thanks Mononoke28 for clarifying.

USPS is the ONLY organization that you can use for PO boxes.
I just used Express Mail guaranteed overnight, but waived the signature requirement by checking the little box. Or you can require signature, but it seems to make it take a few days longer until they get someone to sign.

Thanks guys for your feedback! FYI - I mailed mine in using signature confirmation at the post office, costing $1.90 extra. And it got there in 2 days but it was a Saturday. So, it was signed for today.
