It appears that the only folks posting on this forum are the lucky CSC and the bitter NSC applicants. Not a whole lot is said about us, the TSC crowd. So, take a moment, good sirs, and post your TSC I-751s timelines and experiences here. Namely, how long following the biometrics did you receive the "card production" notice online.

Rock 'n Roll.

convert-arb,

Take a look at the Immigration Timelines section of VJ?

Thank you, already did that. Not much info on I-751 there.

Ours is CSC & March 2 (bio) then March 13 (card notice).

Congrats!

Hey, folks, a different question now. Someone I know filed for citizenship two years ago and insisted that you have to SUBTRACT the days you were out of the country in determining when you are eligible to apply. For example, if you are eligible to apply through marriage to a USC after three years of being a LPR (say LPR since 1/1/05, so can apply on 1/1/08), but you were out of the country a total of 30 days during the 3-year period, you can apply only after 3-years and 30 days of being a LPR (on 3/31/08).

I don't think it's true and you can still apply on 1/1/08, but was wondering if anyone has other thoughts.

I don't think it's true either, but I think that the best place for this question is a new thread in the other forum "US Citizenship General Discussion".

Actually, if you check out the expanded TSC I-751 view, you get pages of more people and more info for some reason. (Unfortunately, three jokers who won't be filing until as late as the end of next year have unhelpfully clogged the first three slots, but whaddya gonna do.)

I don't see anyone in TSC as having gotten their 10 year card since the end of March -- someone who filed in November. So it looks like they're cooking along in the general 4-month-plus ball park.

Frankly, this is not as "exciting" as the earlier stuff (at least for the CR-1 folks) because other than biometrics, there's not much to do but wait.

My wife, who is a very laid-back person, thinks there are too many intense obsessive types on here. unsure.gif We balance each other out. whistling.gif

Thanks, James. I've looked over the timelines yesterday and they don't seem to be informative at all. I am mainly interested in the timeframe after biometrics and not a lot of people post that.

Hey, opposites attract... my wife's is pretty laid-back too... 'cause she can afford that with a following-thru husband like myself :-)

P.S. Peter T - thanks, I'll do it that next time.

The main problem with the timelines for removing conditions is that they lack the approval date. what use is it to know when someone files when you don't know when they are approved?....
convert-arb
Exactly... what puzzles me about this process, however, is the number of states falling under each service center. 16 under VT, 13 in TX, 5 in CA, and 16 or so under NE... and yet the timelines for each service center on the website are very similar to each other.
