I'm getting ready my husband I-751 and in part 5 ask about conditional resident children, this is confusing for me and would like to know if I have to included my stepdaughter?.

They came here a year apart from my husband and still waiting to get their I-485 approved. Right now their status are pending. Should I included them and our usa born child?

I-751 Part 5 says, "List all your children.", does it not? I don't see anything there about 'conditional resident' or any other qualifier other than that inclusive word 'all'.

On the advice of legal council, my wife even included her stepchildren (mine by a prior marriage).

I will do so! I was confused due to the fact that in the form stated include any conditional resident children and mines are pending status and us citizens.
