our case was transfered from CSC to NVC on 3/26/2007, to date, the choice of agent form and the AOS Bill have not been generated yet (according to the operator and the automated system). Is it typical that it takes so long? Maybe I am asking the wrong questions to the operator? Anyone in the same boat?

I was about to suggest that you look at the Immigration Timelines, but I decided to look myself first to see if the information would be there. And right at the top of the list are 2 couples who reported that their I-130 petitions were in and out of the NVC in 5 weeks and 3 weeks respectively! No way in he|| that happened!

Anyway I think it typically does take longer than a month for the choice of agent and AOS fee invoice to go out. Start worrying if you haven't received anything after 2 months.

We're in the same boat but our approval wasn't until the 5th of April. Mind you, the CSC hasn't even sent out the file to NVC. I sure will be glad to get our file to NVC Keep us updated if you can.

mine is a little earlier and I am really starting to worry. I had my approval on March 22, and case was entered in NVC's system on April 2 and until now AOS bill and DS3032 have not been generated yet..I hope we'll keep one another updated and posted..thanks guys!

Why not look into using James' shortcuts?
There are two posts pinned at the top of the NVC forum, read them.

Keep talking with the NVC operator live. I am sure, they will be generated within the next few days. Please read james' shortcut and learn how you can take care of choice of agent (you can do it by email only after NVC generaes it). It would save you some time.

I checked the NVC automated just a while ago, and sad to say, after 3 weeks of waiting since I was assigned a case number, nothing yet. AOS and DS3032 have not been generated yet...how about u? any news?

My case is entered into the NVC system in 3/30 and I receive update on NVC automated system today. My DS3032 form and AOS bill were generated yesterday, 4/23. It looks like NVC recently takes more than 3 weeks to generate the forms and bills.

Mine was sent off to NVC on 3/14 and I was worried I saw nothing on the on line check just now still. I just called the automated system after reading this thread and affidavit of support info packet was sent yesterday the 23rd also. Looks like they just did a big chunk all at once :-P
