Dear Friends, I want to ask question about I-751, When we apply for 10 year green card we fill I-751 and I saw on the form its asking about criminal history, Do this mean that "Have you ever been arrested or convicted during period of your conditional resident ?" or does it include all previous criminal history of the applicant? Because I have a criminal record and It was in 2001. Should I check the box "yes" or "no"? If someone give some ideas would be so usefull.

Thanks

desperate_heart,

Does the question include the qualifying words "during period of your conditional resident ?"

Does the question include the word "ever"?

You check the box that accurately describes your circumstances.

If I were you, I would check "yes" and explain honestly good.gif . Also, if you ever applied for AOS, there's a similar question there.
