My husband entered the US on March 29th and returned here to the UK on April 1st; he only went over to activate his visa. My parents received his SS card and the 'welcome to America' letter last week (just found out today). Does anyone know when we can expect his green card to arrive? Should we have my parents fed-ex it to us so he can use it when we leave, or should he just use the endorsed visa in his passport?

I would think that the Green Card is imminent if he has received his welcome letter(s). He wont need his green card to re-enter as he has the stamp in his passport, personally if it were me I would get it Fed Exd but thats just so I could be sure that I would not encounter a problem when re-entering.
