Does anyone know the status of the proposed fee increase for the N-400? I haven't heard about it for awhile. We are planning on sending it out next month. If it does pass, will the increase be immediate? Or should we be safe for another month or so?

Not heard much on it.. but send of the fee/application ASAP once you are eligable. You may get lucky and not pay the extra fee.

I haven't heard of when they will make the new fees official but as of now the fee is $330 plus $70 for biometrics for a total of $400.
The proposed fees are $595 for the N-400 and $80 for biometrics for a total of $675.
