Has anyone gotten an Austrian police clearance certificate while in another country. She is in the philippines and they told her it will take 8-10 weeks I think this is a long time. If anyone knows or has gone through this please let me know how long you waited for.

Search the website of Austrian Police Department, I'm sure there is now a days. I search on the internet how to get my police clearance in Taiwan and got some and forms that I filled and printed out and sent it by airmail with a bank draft for fee, got my police clearance then less than 2 weeks. So, try to search through internet.
