It came to me as I was working, that the US should allow 601 waiver people who are fairly approvable, but maybe the hardship isnt that the wife/gf is crazy and they have 3 kids missing a few limbs (im sorry but do i need to cut an arm off?) anyway, it would be perfect if we could provide some sort of performance bond. Maybe 100K dollars of a bond that yo buy for 10%. If an insurance company reviews the case, and is willing to put a bond on the person, then the USA should say groovy.

IM reading the federal register and it appears they have one in place like this for health problems.
