My father will be a co-sponsor, but he's retired. On the "yearly income" should he write the amount he receives through his pension/retirement?

thanks...

Yes, and instead of a W-2, he will have a 1099R.

This co-sponsorship is for the I-134, not the 864 form. She's taking the I-134 forms to her initial interview. Thanks.

But when it comes to AOS and if your still using him as a joint sponser you will need those then.

Thanks, but I'm already aware of that.

What I need to know is: should my father, who is retired, write the amount of his yearly pension stipend in the space that asks for a yearly income that looks to be based on salary.

Where else would it go? Yes.

earinsound,

A sponsor should write the amount of their total annual income from all sources that they wish to reveal and document, whatever those sources may be.
