I went to St. Luke's at 6 am wow! its a long ______________ I got my number # 189 I show my passport with appointment letter , you have to filled up the form plus 2x2 picture remember your petitioner address, contact number. proceed to 5th floor for payment then I went to 4rd floor for Blood test and urine after the test I went to 3rd floor for chest ray it took like 2 hours to called my name so they said I will go to 5th floor for vital signs, weight and height , eye check, immunization interview and the last is physical exam . This is horrible experienced I finished at 4 pm .
On the second day i went there at 12 noon for the releasing just wait your name to be called while am waiting I met K1 girls Lira, Ivee,Sky,debbie,Glen, ana, we just talking and laughing so finally they called my name they ask me my passport and 2 pcs. of 2x2 and they gave me my chest ray film very long days I passed the medical together with the k1 girls.
