Hi everyone,

I was just wondering how you know if a consulate is accepting DCF again? I will be going through Belize and I don't see anything on their site but I'm pretty sure I heard they weren't (not from a very reliable source though). Do you know why some consulates are accepting DCF and some are not? I'd appreciate any clarification.

I think the consulates that accept petitions are the ones in areas where there is no USCIS field office. If your local consulate has no info on their site, you should probably call or e-mail them to get instructions.

According to the press release at uscis.gov (see press room for last month), ALL Consulates are now accepting I-130s; they forward the USC info electronically for the Adam Walsh check.
