There are several stories and we have a list of persons on Administrative Processing as well. I see your case is a K3 and if your case was sent to the consulate/embassy recently it has to be matched to the electronic copy and then they will send out your packet explaining to you what you need to get for her interview. This includes the police certificate(s) and her medical. Good luck on your processing.
