I'll keep this straight and to the point. I just submitted my I 129 yesterday. I moved to my fiances country about 6 months ago and have been working here and plan on returning to the states in 2 months. My tax returns from last year state I made over 21K. I have been job searching for my return. Will I be OK, are they going to deny me if I have just started a new job in two months and have not been working in the states the past 6 months.

So long as you have the money, you should be okay. Read the instructions that go with the I-134. Tax returns, as I recall, are required for the self-employed, but for most, what you'll need a letter from your current employer saying that you're an employee making x amount of money. Plus a letter and records from your bank showing the incomes, etc, over whatever past period of time they want.

grande14,
Only the consular officer who reviews the financial materials that you submit can answer your question.
