Hi again,

I posted this in the CR1 forum but thought this forum might be a bit more in the know of Thailand's visa agencies.

We are at the >864 and DS230< stage. I need someone to help my wife dot the Is and cross the Ts in packet 3. Anyone have info or insight on this (sunbelt asia) service?

BTW, I have attempted to contact Bill Wright but have received no reply.

Also (so I do't start a new thread!) her signature in her PP is in Thai. Should she sign 230 that way or in english? Any opther docs we will need to submit with her 230 and should they be translated prior to sending to the NVC?

Thanks again!

Wow...dunno how this happened (lack of sleep, maybe?), I meant to post this in the "sawasdee" thread. If an admin is in the vicinity...could you please move it? Thanks and apologies!

My experience with "a visa company" just abruptly came to it's conclusion. I will reserve further comment until my money is (actually) returned. As always, Yodrak, i wish I had read your posts prior to this...uh, experience. Your input is more than appreciated.

I was told to contact Brian Wright and have done so. It is my understanding that he ONLY does US visas and claims a steller track record. I believe he is an attorney and await his reply. Is this who you had in mind, Yodrak?

I will PM you Reach449...thanks so much for the offer!

Oh, it is my understanding that Sunbelt (the sponsor of another board) does visas and has an in house attorney. But I don't believe everything I read either. Getting to that jaded point about now. sad.gif

n2ojones,

Brian Wright makes it appear that he is an attorney, but he is not.

My recommendation is William F (Bill) White,
