My wife and I are at the -submit 864 and DS 230-stage.
I am about 20 hours away from her (she's in Thailand) and we would like to hire someone to help her dot the I's and cross the T's in Packet 3.
Sunbelt's pricing seems to be a ood deal....too good to be true?
Please offer your opinion on this operation. I have tried the search engine but it is down and we don't want to lose what little momentum we have.

Stay away from visa service companies. You do your wife's paperwork or use an immigration attorney. I can recommend a very good one in Bangkok if you wish to have a consultation before making a final decision.
