My fiance entered the US thru the San Diego POE, the sealed package that he received from CD. juarez, was retured to him by the US customs,after they opened it and reviewed it, they stamped it and gave it back to him.. Everything was in it, since my initial paperwork...
Is this correct, weren;t they supposed to keep them.. What are we suposed to do with them, send them in with te AOS paperwork...

yes they were suppose to keep the brown envelope and contents and enter your fiance's details into the system..

this will hold up your fiance getting a SSN..

if it was me i would be ringing USCIS an telling them of what happened at the POE then asking them what to do with it ...i know there is a procudure but for the life of me i cant remember from previous posts ages an ages ago..

maybe someone else could help you..give them a call though..

If you are close enough to the border, you can go back. Otherwise, call the POE and ask them for closer instructions. You may want what is called a 'deferred inspection'.
