Hello

Im reviewing our I-130 before we send it off this week. Im at question 15, where it states Name and Address of present employer(if any). Is this for the US citizen or the beneficary ? Because it's in the C column(information about the spouse) but there's a thicker black line above it, so it could be for the petionner. Im confused :/

Thanks for your responses smile.gif

As to your question on question 15.
This area is to be filled in with your beneficiarys employment information.
That is the person who will be coming to the U.S.
Hope that helps....the forms arent always as clear as glass unfortunately.
Good Luck, and when done filling in the slots, read, and re-read them again. And when done re-read them again, as a mistake is a problem too late resolved once it gets to USCIS.
Take Care

Yup, I just looked at my form. Question 15 is for the beneficiary.

Oh great! I just looked at my I-130 petition and I put my work info in there. Now CSC is going to send me an RFE because it says my husband has never been to the US and yet, I have a place of work listed on question 15. Augh!!!!! and I triple checked the whole thing before I sent it. My only hope is that the CSC agent is clever enough to check it against the G-325A forms we sent to see that it's MY work address listed and not my husband's. cray5ol.gif

Monoke,

Lets hope you don't get one. I'm sure the officials there are clever enough to figure out the mistakes.
