Hello all,
I sent my I-130 in 2-2006. The USCIS CSC approved the I-130 in 6-2006. But think she's here with me. So they won't send the I-130 to the NVC. I had to send $200.00 and a I-824 to move the papers to the NVC. They approved the I-824 2-2007. ONE YEAR from when I filed the I-130.
Now I sent the AOS with $70.00. The NVC received it 8:08am April 2, 2007. I would like to do all I can to get this over with. We both suffered enough because of CSC mistake. Any help would be appreciated.
Should I download the I-864 and use my PC to answer the questions? Or print the I-864 and write in the answers?

I just used James' shortcuts to speed everything up. Creating your own barcode coversheets will save you time instead of waiting for them you go ahead and send it in as soon as it is "generated" and long before they mail it to you.
