Myself the US citizen needs to know do I need to contact the NVC since my wife has moved in the last week to another address? The NVC needs to send her a packet if I am not mistaken. She has told me that her brother who just received a visa(k-1) did not receive anything from the NVC. I told her his case was different and ours will require a packet being mailed to her from the NVC. Can anyone help with this?? Thank you.

No problem. Keep in mind though that the package (sent to you) will contain forms that she will have to fill out (the DS-230).. So you will either have to mail it to her, she'll fill it out and send it back to you, or she can download it online and send it to you in advance, which would save time. Just make sure you know all specific requirements concerning her homecountry.
