ok, so i have a month to sent my petition to remove the conditions. i am a little confused as far as the biometrics go. Do i need to go get them again? or am i mistaken? are they going to use the same photo?

also, we are moving to a new condo, do i need to send a form about the change of address as well? together with petition or just list that on a separate page?

and the last: where do i send this all?! wacko.gif

thanks for your help!!

there is some good info here on what to do...
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=751guide

for the address change thing you need to file form Ar-11 and Sponsors Notice of Change - I-865 separately from the I-751 package once you move ....... There is an option to file the Ar-11 online but the I-865 you need to mail in....

and on the I-751 Form you need to list your new addresses and any previous addresses where you have lived....

and I am not sure if you know but you can't file for the removal of conditions till anywhere between 90 days and the day your green card expires... which would be sometime after May 25th for you....

and you will need to do the Biometrics again...

and you will mail the package here...

thanks.

yeah, i know i have to send it 90 days before it expires, i just want to get all the forms ready now, so i can just mail them when i have to.

also, i am not sure about the service center. i thought you are supposed to send it to a district office, not a service center. and even if that, wouldn't i have to send it to nebraska center, since IL belongs to that center?

you don't have to schedule the biometrics....

you will mail off the package and when they receive it they will send you the NOA which extends your green card for up to a year... not sure how long it takes to get this NOA, it varies by service center...

then shortly after you get the NOA you should receive a Biometrics appointment letter which will tell you where you need to go and the date you need to go.... if that date doesn't work out for you, you can reschedule it and it tells you how on that letter....

Then after the Biometrics you just have to wait until they send your card to you... which also varies depending on the service center... You usually don't have to go for an interview but they do call some people in, For quality control, I think....
Mr Zee
If you are in Illinois you should send them to Nebraska. The Biometrics should be done after your I-751 get accepted by the immigration. However, don't worry about it now as the immigration will send you a note on how and when you should take the Biometrics. No need for you to send any pictures if you are in the US. Send your "change of address" as soon as you move, as it takes up to 30 days for the database to update.
