Hi everyone just want to ask if anybody from this forum encounter this problem.. My husband had overlooked and passed our K3 application Documents at VSC instead to Chicago..

What should we do? Any Suggestions from the member?

Most likely they'll process your application at VSC instead of sending it to Chicago. A few of our members have sent both the I-130, and I-129F together to VSC and have not receive any problems yet. All you can do now is to watch what happens.

My last I-130s were sent (and I am in the TSC area) directly to California & accepted without a qibble.

If I wasn't as thorough with my paperwork, I would've sent both of them VSC.

I did the same thing with mine and sent mine to Nebraska. They sent it to Chicago you will be fine. Rest easy and enjoy the weekend.

Two things that might happen:

1. As others said, it will be transferred to Chicago address

2. It would be sent back to your husband for him to resubmit at the corrected address.

There shouldn't be any delays and now CR1 and K3 don't have a big time frame difference.
