Hello all

I am waiting for NOA2 for I-130 and I-129. My status according to VJ timelime.

2 days ago:

I-129 - Should have approved on 3/14

I-130 - Will be approve on 4/14

Today:

I-129 - Should have approved on 3/11

I-130 - Will be approved on 5/13

I am puzzle of such changes in two days. Is anyone who can explain to me the reason of changes and how VJ calculate timeline.

As those who have updated their timelines, it also affects your timeline. It totaled all the averages, makes it a lot more accurate to the amount of time when your file will be adjudicated.

Your case is unique. Your I-130 was approved before your I-129.

Hello consolemaster

Both of my I-129 and I-130 have not been approved yet.

That is why I am puzzled now.

I-130 should be approved on 3/13 by BJ timeline, but still outstanding

agm,

Have you tried calling why there hasn't been any movement yet? I read that a few have called, and then their files got moved and adjudicated a few days later.

Agm,

Once you call please post us and let us know how it went. I tried calling after my ordeal and they rep told me they are working on cases prior to Sept 13th and the processing time usually take about 6 months.
