Hi!
Is it right that we have to sent in the I-129F to chicago? We are allready married and allready applied I-130. It says on the form that for spouse you have to sent to chicago, but it also says this is about non-immigrant visas! So im a little confused now...

K-3 is a non-immigrant VISA. Yes, you need to send it to Chicago.

If you're applying for the K-3 visa, the I-130 goes to the service center and the I-129F goes to the Chicago Lockbox.

That's right.
It's just the government's way of trying to make this process as confusing as possible. Don't try to make sense of it, because you won't be able to. Good luck!
