hubby called USCIS last Friday the lady said " wait for notice for bout 2 weeks if not call back" we will both hoping for it the next 2 weeks. please pray for us. thanks alot and MAY GOD Bless and guide us.

Hello vj family!

My interview didn't push through on July 14th. We had to postponed my interview coz I haven't resolved my birth certificate yet (had 2 birth dates, different months and dates). I am awaiting the judge's order this 30th of July so we can start the 3 consecutive weeks publication on the local newspaper.

I had my medical on June 16-18. It was a 3-day process for me coz the MD referred me to their surgeon coz she thought I have enlargement of thyroid gland eventhough I told her my thyroid function tests are within normal range! (it was just adipose tissue on my neck). Anyway, I was cleared on the third day and got MMR and TDaP. I Had my CFO on the 20th.

To o0Pink0o and chris-lei, thanks for including my name in the July list but I think it should be removed coz I will not have my interview this month. I am really sad and so disappointed

but I want to fix my birth cert so I won't have problems in the future with it. The damn judge who was in-charged of my case retired on July 7th without signing the order so I had to wait for the new judge to sit.

Anyway I want to thank everybody for your invaluable posts and outputs on this site. This is really a great big help in guiding us through the muddy waters of visa processing.

Again thank you all. Please pray for the swift resolution of my birth cert. God bless everyone!

Everything is a blessing in disguise April. You may see it as a problem right now, but when everything is settled, you'll see the treasure God has given you. Just be open to every possibilities and we are praying for you!

Hello, Good day to all.I am new to this site, and i find it very informative.
The 1-129F (fiancee visa) was filed early this July 08 at Vermont service center.
My fiance is a US Army, and he received his new assignment and it said that he will be station in Korea this August, and told me that he will be staying there for 3 years.
My question is this, if my case will be approve this year or early next year.
How can we marry if he is in korea, he is telling me that i can stay first at my parents house in Oxnard California and then go to Korea .
I understandd that K1 visa is only valid for 1 entry in US soil.
what should do?
I need your advice on what to do.
