hello

how would i be able to get learner's permit? should i get a state id for the mean time while i am not driving yet? are they gonna accept if i dont have any identification except my passport, marriage certificate, ssn and name on the bills?

if you have an ssn, birth certificate, and passport, go get a learners permit.. most states require ssn and birth certificate, take also your i-94.

what comes first, learners permit or written test? what about state id? do we need it?
