We got an RFE today asking us to send our AOS receipt to prove that we've actually applied for AOS. Shouldn't this be easy to look up in the system? Sigh. I suppose, at least, this one is super easy to fix - we mailed the receipt to them this afternoon.

Maybe it was cause you had to resubmit the AP later on because of the fudge in the cheque that you have in your siggy. But, i would not be surprised with them sending unnecessary RFE's had you already put the NOA1 for your AOS with the AP package that you sent them the second time.

Shouldn't hold you up too much, though!

I'm pretty sure we had it in the second AP package we sent out, but whatever, so long as they're working on it.

Besides, the USCIS website tells me our EAD card was ordered today! Yay!
