I got my US Citizenship couple years ago and there was an error on my birthdate. I attempted to correct the error by submitting N-565 with my driver's license as a proof. But, that request was denied because they say both N-400 and green card show that (wrong) birthdate. I have a copy of my N-400 application form and it has the right birthdate on it. Is there a way to fix this? I am engaged but I can't start the I-130 process until I fix this problem. If anyone have had this problem, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how you fixed it. Thanks!

They will want a copy of your birth certificate as age proof.

If I were you, just eat that problem and fix the date on your driver's license. However, if you have a problem with having your exact birth date, then you need to wait very long or possibly cost you lots of money in the process to have it fixed.
