Greetings everyone. Just wanted to toss this out for people to see.
We had been expecting our packet 4 and come to find out it had been sitting at the local DHL facility in Cebu for a week. They told us that they had nobody to deliver it and asked us to come and get it. God forbid this happens to anyone on a tighter schedule, so I thought I would throw this out so people can make follow ups with DHL.

So really true, i went to DHL office today to pick up my package too, they said they don't have schedule yet to deliver it to my home address
, im glad i asked assistance from the DHL costumer service they gave me contact number of DHL in my area.thanks orimai for the tip,
i read your message from the other thread , So i tried dialing number of DHL instead of St.luke's number coz im about to request packet4 from st. luke's
