Hi,

We are preparing the 129f from and want to sent it in today, we allready sent in I-130.
My question:
What documents do we need to attach, i thought:
marriage certificate
pictures
NOA1 (797)

Is this right, or do we also need to sent in a birth certificate? We did allready sent this in with I-130 (also G325)

Thanks in advance!

Also, include the following:

Proof of you citizenship
Birth Certificate of the beneficiary eventhough it never ask for one. Some have received RFE for them.
One passport picture of you, and one of your spouse.
Form g-325, one for you, and one for your spouse

Thanks for the quick reply, one problem though, we dont have a signed g325 by me.
Everyhting else we have, and i dont wanna wait loner with sending papers from holland, you're sure this is absolutely necessary? Since it doies not ask for it in the form, people who are allready married only have to sent along certain documents.

Yes, it's necessary. See if someone can sign for you, i.e. your spouse. Anyway, if they inquire about the signature that it doesn't look the same just acknowledge that you permit it.

Most likely they'll come back to you and say, " hey, this signature isn't yours...do you know about this? " Simple answer is yes.

Oh, ok! I just suggested this to my husband and hes all about, that we cant forge the government. But it isnt illegal if i permit it? Thank you, i hope he will also believe this when i tell him whistling.gif

If you're married, it's okay. Credit card companies, contracts, etc...permit the spouse to sign it.

For further information, those forms, I signed all of them. I signed even the ones for my spouse.
