Anyone help please!
What happens to the DS230 application.
When petetional submits the application(Signed by applicant) , Do petetionar or Agent ge it back after review?
or the NVC forwards it to embassy?

the form ds-230 is meant to be the beneficiarys biographic information
as soon as the nvc generates the iv processing fees of 380 dollar and the fee is accepted the nvc generated ds-230 packet and is send to the choice of agent the beneficiary selects
now the beneficiary fills up all the info in the form and sends it back to nvc
if the nvc doesnt need any rfe the case gets completed after the petioner also does his part of i-864 job,
have a look at the nvc shortcuts in this forum it will clear you doubts as too how the nvc processes the cases .

I call teh NVC and was told that they received my DS 230 a week ago. How long it generally takes until it is completed ? Anyone know? Thx
