No, you are not the only one. Our petitions are sent before yours and we don't have even a touch. After NOA 1 we don't have nothing. I am very upset. It is so unfair.........

No touches after we received NOA 1 for I 130 on 24 February and after 13 April for I 129 F, when it was received and pending in CSC. Let's hope something will happen this or next week the latest.

If you don't get touches it's no big deal, I have seen lot of people here that didn't have any touches since the transfer happened and all of a sudden both I130 and I129 got approved.

So far I didn't get any touches either, I am not too worried abot it, I am just hopin to see an approval in the next two weeks.... Please God Please.......

Well he could have submitted an addendum to his 130 package saying he put in the wrong DOB? No clue otherwise.

I put in the wrong move date on my bio forms for myself (wrote down 2006 when I meant 2005). I wrote a letter to USCIS and called them -- they said it's so minor, I don't need to worry about it.

i am starting to get worried. i have seen people with NOA1 after me getting approvals or alteast the touches before approval. i feel so helpless....as to whom to contact and what to do. i am losing my mind.

since i don't see any more march filers here regularly i am assuming majority of them got their approvals.

The more you wait for it, the more it gets frustrating.

Try to deviate your attention to other thing, before you know it, you'll get approved.

GOOD NEWS! I got the RFE today, and it asked me for the original marriage certificate (copy) in the foreign language. Phew! I overnighted it!

my husband called and asked about RFE, he was told we are not gonna get one... hmmm... i wonder what's taking them so long... to "touch" our application.

If there is any one who should feel left out...that would be me, I have filed my I-130 on september 2006 and since 3/29/2007, no touch on that case, had done everything that I could (calling NCSC, senators, writing letters, request experedite process showing humanitarian situation). No help, eventhough I didn't want to go by I-129F, had to do so as I-130 was taking for ever, therefore, I filed I-129F on March 2007, and since 3/28/2007 it has no touch...pending at VSC. It has become a very difficult for me to prevent my self from cursing The Immigration Officer who is handling my case, but as of today I am still patientfully waiting for either a touch or approval or RFE, anything....

However, no touches... i feel so sad...



oh let me just add that our I-130 was filed first week of January. Till now, no touches... nothing...

I have not received NOA2 since my approval, but when I called NVC today, they had my case. I was told a NVC case number and they said they are sending the case to US Embassy in Tokyo by DHL.

Although I have not received my NOA2, I will update the VJ timeline to reflect my approval, because I could confirm that my case went to the next step.

Same here, My I-129F has no touch since 3/28/2007 and in addition I liked to say that I am still waiting for my I-130 approval which was received by USCIS on 09/11/2006..(Last touch on 3/29/2007) can you believe it, if there any single person who is as unfortunate as I am I would like to wish good luck to him/her...

I wouldn't worry about not getting any touches long as there are people with similar or earlier timelines waiting for their approval, infact if I don't get too many touches it probably means my paper work is in order, I just hope the only touch I get is the approval touch and that is soon....Please God Help.....Please...I will be good from here on....Please please please...God, I love you.

Our petitions were touched on 05/06 and 06/06 but nothing. Let's hope that there will not be RFE and they will give us approval soon. God please help us. We are waiting approx. 4 months

I have been waiting for an approval on my I-130 for 270 days!!!! and 95 days for I-129......... ( ( I too know how you guys are feeling... god please approve either of the two of my petetion, at least a touch...that will atleast let me know my application isn't lost..... even RFE is ok right now....just want my application on their sight...
