USC with Indian beneficiaries are just lucky. They always get early approvals.

Good luck adhi!

Both touched is a very good sign. I think you will be approved within the following week if not by tomorrow. For us it looked like they saved the approvals for a bulk release of emails so we got both touched, then a week and a half of nothing, then approved along with many others that got both touched the previous week. I think you are on the next batch for sure. good.gif

Congratulations rajc! And good luck adhi, I'm sure you are next. I am happy they have started March filers. I filed end of march, hopefully I am in the same batch. Too optimistic blink.gif I'm hoping my case does not get delayed. I just moved and informed USCIS of the address change.. just hope they have updated it in their system.

I wonder why the USCIS web-based system is messed up. Oh gosh, I hope that this is not the sign that they will increase the fees soon..err June or July.
rajc
we were feb filers so march should be comming soon!

good luck ~
Portlander
I'm technically a Feb filer myself - but my 129F NOA1 was march 1st... If I'm not approved tomorrow, I'm going to call and see whats happening. We;ve been married since 2005 and have a baby. I can't imagine they are too worried about whether it is a legitimate application or not. No Idea why I'm getting so many touches... even a touch of both on the same day and still no approval 10 days later ! sad.gif

Good afternoon:

I'm sorry if I ask something that already has been questioned/answered. But my time to be online is very limited. Therefore, here is my question...why are I-130 sent to Vermont...being transferred to California? To speed up the process? How about my K3 that was sent to Chicago and then transferred to Vermont...will it also be transferred to California?

Thank you in advance.

Looks like to me (based on all of the signatures)...that they are working on the first week of March filers now. So those of us who are towards the end of March are probably coming within the next 2 weeks or so. Also, seems like the I-130 goes for a while without being touched and as soon as it gets touched around the same time as the I-129's--APPROVALS usually follow...yeah baby....I can't wait....I am trying to be patient for 3 more weeks....please please....

I am keeping my fingers crossed, hoping to get NOA2 soon...like May!!!

Miracles do happen!

Great news...... I filed a I129F for which I received NOA1 from CSC Feb 28, 2007. Today May 21, 2007 it was touched for the first time. A previously submitted I130 was approved and forwarded to NVC o April 26 and 3032 and AOS bills were generated May 15, 2007. It is going to be a horserace to see which path we take. Any recommendations???

Don't worry guys, it looks like CSC is back on track.
My I-129F approval is a month earlier than what my VJ timeline says, which was June 23.

Its great that CSC is on track for you, but I'm theoretically weeks ahead of you in line, and neel is ahead of me. My 127f expected approval date is now June 4th, pushed back more than a month already in May alone, and my I-130 date is already passed. *sigh* I must confess I'm having a really hard time with the whole process. Its great that you are approved, and a big congratulations, but I have yet to see "back on track"....
island_princess
Thank you, thank you, guys!!!

We just got lucky!! CSC is getting faster now, considering that there are some VSC cases transferred to them. They need to get hasty to accommodate orig CSC filers, and then VSC's.
