I think they tend to do approvals in bulk. I remember back in March I was obsessing over getting ours and really mad that they were only doing mid december's. It was like a month of inactivity then in a 2 week span they approved all of late december and all of january, then another few weeks of inactivity, then another bulk approval. You could be in the next batch.

Don't worry. It will be touched in due time.
I just realized now, that I could get an RFE too. Oh gosh, I am just scared. But anyway, my husband is going to his congressman's office on Friday if no NOA2 is issued this week.

Why not call USCIS to inquire about your case. I mean, talking to a live person. Some of the February filer did the same, and they learned that they were actually approved even if the web-based system says, their cases were "received and pending".

My I-129 is June 23 and my I-130 is June 5.
Is there a possibility that my I-130 will be adjudicate first before my I-129F? If so, what must I do? I don't want to pursue K-3 for this will leave my child in my native country (a big no no).

The projected NOA2 for our I-130 is still 17 May (tomorrow) but the projects NOA2 for our I-129F has gone out to June 12. On May 1st, the projects NOA2 for the I-129F was May 30. So, in 16 days, the NOA2 projection has gotten 3 days closer to the present moment.
Let's see: each calendar corresponds to about 0.2 days progress toward I-129F NOA2. Right now, our projected NOA2 is 27 days from now. So, at the current rate of progress, we would get our NOA2 in about 135 days. I predict things will get better at CSC.
Maybe we'll end up doing the CR-1 after all! We will see -- and right now we are all blind.

My I-129F NOA1 is about 7-10 days after yours. And my estimated I-129F adjudication time moved from June 19th to July 7th. That sucks!!!

Average # of days for I129F (k3) approval at VSC is 64 days (for all time)
For CSC it's 87.
64 days for me is in the week of May 28.

May 16 2007, 02:16 PM
Some stats for VSC K3s using timeline search (all "days" since NOA1):
10 out of 12 Oct/Nov 06 filers approved (avg: 54 days)
8 out of 9 Dec 06 filers approved (avg: 44 days)
11 out of 12 Jan filers approved (avg: 57 days)
10 out of 14 Feb filers approved (avg: 47 days)
0 out of 15 March filers approved (avg wait: 60 days; min 48; max 70)
March VSCers should see approvals by end of May, unless something is really wrong

(A motivated soul can do this for CSC)

Don't take that comment too seriously. Look at the VJ timelines for I-129F in both the K1 and K3 categories. It is more like 100 days. There seems to be a slowdown on the K3 side right now, and it is hard to know what to make of it.
Both of my petitions were touched today -- means very little, but it is kinda nice.
