Yeah -- I've also noticed that no K3's seems to have been approved this week (and only one K1 so far this month, as far as I can tell). But at least the timeline forecaster hasn't pushed my dates further back again this week!

At the end of this week both my petitions would have sat out there for 3 weeks without being touched, i really hope CSC has not started slowing down their processing.

We are planning on seeking congressional assistance sometime next week. Are we being reasonable here if we do that? Or is it too soon to ask their help? What are the pros and cons in doing so?

Of course, the congressman in your area.
My husband was able to get his US passport (because of complicated name changing) through his congressman office's help. And it was a success. So, might as well do it this time.

I remember, in one forum wherein I am a member to, some members (USC) asked their congressman/senator to intervene. and luckily, it was a success.

A congressional inquiry is when a congressman contacts USCIS service center about your case. This will tell the department to immediately find your file, and work on them no questions asked. Almost like a garunteed expedite service.

That they looked at your case today. Nothing else. These touches are just teases (though, I'd still rather have them than not).

I think it just depends on the individual caseworker working on your file.
Some may simply be more diligent / efficient than others!

Has Anybody who got their I129F NOA1 in March; received an approval yet

either from CSC or vermont. I think once we see someone from March getting NOA2, I will expect something !!.
